Change and transition continue to be inevitable both inside and outside the workplace. In times of uncertainty, it is important to focus on what we can control and how we can overcome challenges. In the workplace, we may encounter fears that significantly impact our progress. We all have the power to investigate and face the fears holding us back. Please join us for a session on how to identify and overcome common fears in the workplace and how to make more fearless impact moving forward. This the second of our 5-part series based on Michelle Obama's The Light We Carry: Overcoming in Uncertain Times.
In this session, you will:
1. Identify and investigate common fears in the workplace
2. Learn strategies to overcome workplace fears
3. Learn from fears to make progress and greater impact in your work
4. Strategize on facing fears in the future
Our first workshop will be loosely based on Chapter 2.
Reading the book is not required for participation in the workshop series. Everyone is welcome!
For those who would like to read along in The Light We Carry, there will be copies of the book for you to pick up in a location of your choosing:
